Terms of Service

1. Application of Terms

These terms are intended to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the company and users regarding the use of services provided by BisonJump (hereinafter referred to as "Company").

2. Service Provision and Changes

The company operates services that provide weather information and calendar functions, and may change the content of services according to changes in related technologies and services. When service content is changed, the company will notify users of the changes in advance.

3. Membership Registration and Service Use

Membership registration for service use is concluded when a user agrees to the terms and conditions, applies for membership registration, and the company accepts such application. The company, in principle, accepts membership registration applications, but may not accept them in the following cases:

  • When using a name that is not real or using another person's name
  • When providing false information or not providing information required by the company
  • When interfering with other users' service use or hindering normal service operation

4. Member Obligations

Members must not engage in the following acts when using the service:

  • Fraudulent use of other members' IDs
  • Commercial use of information obtained from the service without prior consent from the company
  • Infringement of intellectual property rights of the company and third parties
  • Interference with the company's service operation
  • Defamation or damage to the reputation of other members or third parties
  • Publishing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, sounds, etc. on the service

5. Service Use Restrictions

The company may restrict or suspend service use when a member violates the obligations of these terms or interferes with normal service operation.

6. Privacy Protection

The company makes every effort to protect users' personal information, and matters related to the collection, use, provision, and management of personal information are governed by the privacy policy. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The company is exempt from liability for service provision when unable to provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure. Additionally, the company is not responsible for service use obstacles caused by users' fault.

8. Changes to Terms

When the company changes the terms, it will notify users at least 7 days in advance through in-service announcements, clearly stating the content of the changed terms and the effective date. If members do not agree to the changed terms, they may discontinue service use and withdraw.

9. Refund Policy

The lifetime weather subscription product purchased in 'Weather Calendar' will end together when the 'Weather Calendar' service operation ends. The lifetime subscription product is valid only during the service operation period, and if the service is discontinued due to the company's service termination decision, no separate refund will be provided.

This notifies that lifetime subscription does not mean permanent provision of service, but rather the right to use it without additional cost during the service provision period.

10. Subscription Products and Auto-Renewal

  • The company provides monthly and lifetime subscription products to users, and the price of each product is specified on the in-app purchase screen.
  • Monthly and annual subscriptions are provided through Apple's auto-renewal payment system and will automatically renew unless the user cancels at least 24 hours before subscription termination.
  • Users can directly manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the [Settings] > [Apple ID] > [Subscriptions] menu on iOS devices.
  • According to Apple's policy, subscription-related refund requests are received and processed through Apple Customer Service, and the company cannot respond directly to these.
  • Lifetime subscriptions are valid only during the service provision period and will end together without refund if the company decides to terminate the service.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Litigation regarding the interpretation of these terms and disputes related to services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the jurisdiction of litigation shall be in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
